Grammys 2020 delayed due to the deteriorating COVID situation

The 63rd Grammys Awards Ceremony has been postponed till March 14th.

This is, indeed, sad news for the #ARMY who had been impatiently waiting for the show because of the Dynamite nomination this year.

However, the decision is taken considering the recent hike in the COVID-19 cases in the country.

Previously, the ceremony was scheduled to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on January 31st.

The statement released to inform the people read,

“The deteriorating COVID situation in Los Angeles, with hospital services being overwhelmed, ICUs having reached capacity, and new guidance from state and local governments have all led us to conclude that postponing our show was the right thing to do. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of those in our music community and the hundreds of people who work tirelessly on producing the show.”

We shall keep you updated as soon as there is any new development.
